1. Information about the collection of personal data
This is to inform you about the collection of personal data when using the deskONE web application available on “https://deskone.de”. The controller as per Art. 4 (7) GDPR is mediaDIALOG Gesellschaft für Softwareentwicklung mbH (for contact data, please go to Legal Notice)
When contacting us by e-mail or via a contact form, we will store the data you provide (your e-mail address and, if applicable, your name and telephone number) to process your request. The data collected in this context will be deleted once storage is no longer required or, if legal storage requirements apply, processing of such data will be restricted.
In the event that we use third-party service providers to offer certain services to you or want to use your data for marketing purposes, please find the relevant information on the respective processes below.
2. Informational use of the web application including a test account
During the mere informational use of the web application, we process the personal data that your browser and you, as a user, transmit to our server. If you wish to inform yourself about our web application, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our web application to you and to ensure its stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR):
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- Content of the request (specific page)
- Access status/HTTP status code
- Respective amount of data transmitted
- Browser
- Operating system and its interface
- Email address
- First name, last name (if provided optionally)
- Booking data in the test account
- Location plans that are uploaded
In addition to the data mentioned above, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our web application.
You can configure your browser settings according to your preferences, for example, to reject the acceptance of third-party cookies or all cookies. However, in that case, you might not be able to use all the functions of this web application.
To measure the B2B usage of our website, we use the Leadinfo solution based in Rotterdam. This service shows us company names and addresses based on the IP addresses of our visitors. The IP address is not stored after use.
3. Use of web application with subscription
If you subscribe to any services offered on the web application, additional data, the processing of which you will agree on, will be collected in order to ensure the functionality of the web application:
- Name, Firstname
- Name of company
- Address data
- Contact data
- Credit card data for billing
- VAT ID/VAT no.
- Site plans
- Booking data
Depending on the type of use of this data, it will be forwarded to one or more of the following service providers in order to provide the requested services: OKTA (identification provider), Chargebee (subscription management), Stripe (payment services provider), Sendinblue (mail marketing application), ProductFruits (product-tours), DG-I (hosting).

Scope of Data Processing
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of our website. The information generated by these cookies about your use of the website is usually transmitted to and stored on a server operated by Google in the United States.
The data processing includes information such as your IP address, device type, browser used, operating system version, pages accessed, access time, and referring website. This information is used to perform statistical evaluations of the usage of our website and analyze user behavior.
We would like to point out that on our website, Google Analytics has been enhanced with the “anonymizeIp” code to ensure the anonymized collection of IP addresses. This means that your IP address is truncated and anonymized before being transmitted to Google. Direct identification of your person is not possible as a result.
Purpose of Data Processing
The use of Google Analytics aims to analyze the usage of our website in order to make it more efficient and improve it. The collected statistical data and analyses help us understand user behavior and tailor our content to the needs of our visitors.

Data
Disclosure to Third Parties Google may disclose the collected data to third parties if required by law or if third parties process data on behalf of Google. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.
Storage Duration
The data collected by Google Analytics is retained for a period of 14 month and then deleted.
5. Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager does not store any personal data. However, the tags implemented through Google Tag Manager may collect and store data. Please refer to the privacy policies of the respective tags for information on the storage duration.
6. Contacting via e-mail or phone
There are two ways for visitors to our web application to contact us: by phone or e-mail. Either way, we will process the data you provide (e.g., your name, contact data, your request) to respond to your inquiry. The data collected in this context will be deleted when we no longer need it to fulfill your request. This type of data processing is subject to Art. 6.1 (b) GDPR.
